Welcome to Cabochalet !

Cabochalet is a company, set up in 2003 by its founder Tanha Evora (Santo Antao).
Now, in 2008, its aim is to further develop possibilities for you to have your own wooden
bungalow or chalet here in Cabo Verde, well-produced, and in different classifications.
We also want to present you typical Capeverdean houses for sale, and/or building-sites for
your bungalow/chalet to be constructed.
In the centre of Mindelo (Sáo Vicente) she has an apartment to let, in case you want to experience the culture of Sáo Vicente and Santo Antáo yourself for a couple of weeks. The
apartment is equiped with everything you need for breakfast and/or dinner, if wanted. She
will be happy to show you all details of wonderful Cabo Verde, and help you to start realizing one of your ideas.
Cabochalet is convinced of Cabo Verde to become one of the most attractive places to be in the near future, due to its tropical character, its beautiful shape, and friendly, helpful people.
Sáo Vicente, with its international airport, enables you to fly within 6 hours directly from Amsterdam to Cabo Verde. From there you can travel within 40 minutes by boat to Santo Antáo, to discover a completely different world, it's Brazil in a nutshell.
So, take your chance now...perhaps tomorrow will be too late.

Cabochalet's founder is Tanha Evora. She is a 100% Capeverdean, born in Santo Antáo, now living permanently in Mindelo. She is acquainted with all the ins and outs of Cabo Verde's whereabouts and cultural aspects. Besides that, she is the centipede of Cabochalet, with numerous connections in both islands.
In our Cabochalet group we have our own architect, even a civil engineer and also a lawyer at our disposal. That means we can offer you every assistance necessary for the realization of all your ideas concerning houses, bungalows, chalets, building-sites, legal aid and much more.
